ACPFG consists of several nodes associated with universities which all offer different research opportunities and a range of scholarships in the field of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology. ACPFG may also support a student’s application for an external scholarship.
Each ACPFG node offers different scholarship opportunities, so students will need to investigate this.
Each ACPFG node offers Internship Scholarships for undergraduate students in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology. An internship enables students to gain industry experience before they complete their degree. Students earn around AUD$300 per week, but this will vary depending on the ACPFG node.
These scholarships are intended for students living locally to the ACPFG node of choice. International students (living close to an ACPFG node) are eligible to apply.
